How long can a vehicle park on the street?

Per BGMC 8.15.010, a vehicle may be parked on a public street for 72 hours. An “abandoned vehicle” means a vehicle that has been left on the public right-of-way or on any public parking lot controlled by the City for a period of seventy-two hours or more. If a vehicle is determined to be abandoned, the City will place a notice on said vehicle.
