The gated community of Camellia in the City of Battle Ground is the site for the 32nd Annual Clark County Parade of Homes. The event, sponsored by the Building Industry Association of Clark County, will be held August 14th through 30th of this year.
The beautiful Camellia development, located on SW 40th Street off SR503 in Battle Ground, is comprised of 25 one to two-acre wooded lots buffered by a scenic and natural open space. This year’s Parade of Homes will feature four to six stunning pre-sold homes by award winning builder Tamarack Homes, Craftbuilt Fine Homes and Achen Development. Fourteen lots in Camellia remain available to potential builders and homeowners.
Battle Ground Mayor Michael Ciraulo is delighted that the Parade of Homes is taking place in the City of Battle Ground, “This is a great opportunity for the new homeowners and builders as well as for the City of Battle Ground. Our city has much to offer its residents; we continually strive to make Battle Ground the best place to live, work, shop and play.”
