PUBLIC HEARING
- Update of the City of Battle Ground 2009 - 2010 Fee Schedule for a New Municipal Court Fee for a Certified Copy of a Driving Record: Presentation / Public Hearing
Summary: City Council will hear testimony regarding a new Municipal Court Fee. The proposed fee would allow the Municipal Court to provide a certified copy of a person's driving record with an associated fee of $20. The fee would be split between the State of Washington and the City of Battle Ground.

- Ordinance No. 09 - 08, Annual Review - Battle Ground Municipal Code Changes: Motion
Summary: City Council will consider adopting Ordinance No. 09 - 08, an ordinance amending certain provisions of title 10, 12, 15 and 17 of the Battle Ground Municipal Code.

- Ordinance No. 09 - 07, Latecomers Agreement Ordinance: Presentation
Summary: City Staff will present Ordinance No. 09 - 07, an ordinance establishing regulations for the use of latecomers agreements as authorized by state statute.

- Long - Term Water Service Agreement: Presentation
Summary: City Staff will present a draft version of the water supply agreement between Clark Public Utilities and the City of Battle Ground for the calendar years 2009 - 2029.

- Regional Sewer: Presentation / Motion
Summary: City Council will consider authorizing Mayor Ciraulo and Councilmember Haberthur to communicate to the Regional Sewer Coalition Study Group during the July 10th Elected Officials meeting that the City of Battle Ground remains interested in continuing forward as a partner in the Regional Coalition towards the development of the Memorandum of Understanding as outlined in the draft Sewer Coalition Planning Study Guiding Principles document.

- Ordinance No. 09 - 09, Use of Real Estate Excise Tax to Pay for the Debt Service on 2003 Bonds: Presentation
Summary: City Staff will present Ordinance No. 09 - 09, an ordinance that would ratify and approve the use of Real Estate Excise Taxes to pay, or pay a portion of, the debt service on the 2003 bonds.
