OLD BUSINESS

1. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES): Presentation
   The City is in the process of updating the City's existing Stormwater Management Program in order to be in compliance with the Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit, also known as NPDES. As such, City Staff will provide the City Council with updated information as the City continues discussing various financing strategies in order to complete the update.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Cultural Diversity Group: Presentation
   A Cultural Diversity Group has been meeting on cultural issues in Battle Ground. As such, they would like to present a Resolution for the Council's consideration. The Resolution is, "relating to Battle Ground as a welcoming community where everyone feels valued, accepted, respected and safe".

2. 2009 - 2010 Biennial Budget: Presentation
   In accordance with RCW 35A.33, City Staff will provide the City Council with the 2009 - 2010 Budget document.

3. Flex Use Building: Motion
   Staff will present the bids received for the construction of the Flex Use Building, as well as the bids for the alternate work for the building. Staff will also present alternate options for use of the remaining funds from the construction of the Community Center.

4. County Recycling Agreement: Presentation
   City Staff will discuss the City's agreements for the management of solid waste, which is broken into three main components; garbage, recycling and yard debris.
