OLD BUSINESS
- Ordinance No. 10 - 14, Clarifying Penal Provisions of Infractions and Parking Violations in City Parking Lots: Motion
Summary: The City Council will consider adoption of Ordinance No. 10 - 14, an ordinance which would add the nature of the crime associated with several penalties within the Battle Ground Municipal Code, in accordance with the recommendation of the Administrative Office of the Courts, in order to clarify the Municipal Court's jurisdiction. Further, the ordinance would also clarify enforcement issues that were contained in Ordinance No. 10 - 10, with regards to parking lots and spaces.

- Parks Foundation: Presentation
Summary: Ms. Cheri Martin, Executive Director of the Parks Foundation of Clark County, will be giving a presentation highlighting the Foundation's goals, fund development strategies, community outreach and funding assistance provided to local jurisdictions over the past year.

- Planning Commission Code Change: Presentation
Summary: Staff will recommend minor changes to the Planning Commission portion of the Battle Ground Municipal Code section regarding position appointment timelines to allow for a staggered appointment schedule.
