Provide maintenance services for all City facilities including City Hall, Police Station, Community Center, Senior Center, Remy Facility, Flex Use Building, Public Works Operations Center, all city park buildings, and all drinking water and sewer lift station buildings. This division also maintains and repairs all City owned vehicles and rolling stock. Facilities/ Fleet and Equipment Maintenance – Provide support for the operations, maintenance and repair of City facilities, City fleet and rolling stock as well as providing staff for special events.

• Sustain, operate and maintain the City’ facilities, including buildings in our parks, offices and sewer/ water facilities.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance for the City’s vehicles and Public Works operations equipment.

• Completed 228 maintenance requests for our City facilities.
• Set up maintenance schedule for all fleet and machinery.
• Sustained maintenance program on all standby generator sets (18 total).
• Started purchase of bulk supplies (cost savings).
• Purchased scan tool for vehicle computers.

• Continue responding as dispatched for building repair and maintenance needs, tracking all work completed in the GBA program.

• Continue building fleet and equipment database in GBA program.
• Purchase vehicle lift for easier maintenance.
• Keep all vehicles and equipment on regular scheduled maintenance.
