Online Bill Pay
Effective July 30
As the city transitions to an upgraded utility billing system, online bill pay customers will want to be aware of the following changes effective July 30:
  • Your utility statement account number will change – be sure to note the change when paying your bill 
  • How you enter your payment information will change and the page will have a new look
  • A 2.5% service fee per debit/credit card transaction, collected by a the third-party vendor and previously paid by the city, will be the responsibility of the card holder.  If paying from a checking account, the service fee is $1.25.
  • Future benefits of the system upgrade include the ability to access your utility bill online.  Stay tuned for more information. 

Online Bill Pay 
Your utility bill payment can be made online, through a service provided by a third-party vendor, with your Visa or MasterCard debit/credit card, or by entering your checking account information.

Important note about past due accounts: Payments made within one day prior to scheduled shutoff must be made in person at City Hall to avoid shutoff. Online payments will not be accepted; users will receive a message, “The information you have entered does not match our records. Please try again.”
  
To make an online payment, enter your Customer ID and Location Code. 
  • Customer ID - number before the hyphen
    • Location Code - number after the hyphen.
