Citizen Action Request

Use our online Citizen Action Request forms to submit questions or comments, identify an issue, or report a concern. Staff will receive your form during regular business hours and respond accordingly.

Code Enforcement

Code enforcement is a function of the Community Development Department. To report a code violation you may also use our Citizen Action Request feature. Code specific information can be found in the Battle Ground Municipal Code.

A Special Event is defined as a temporary activity or event that is conducted wholly or in part on public property or any event on private property that involves an open invitation to the public.

The City provides water, sewer and stormwater drainage. The Finance Department will assist you with information about your utility bill, rates, and service.
