The City of Battle Ground, along with Clark County and other area cities, is entering the Comprehensive Plan Update process as mandated by Washington State’s Growth Management Act. The plan is intended to serve as the guide for growth and development within the City and the larger Clark County area.

County and City staff will be available to receive public comment on the growth alternatives.

Battle Ground City Hall, Suite 148 - 109 SW 1st St., Battle GroundCity staff invites comment from area residents concerning an 80-acre Urban Growth Area (UGA) expansion which is being considered as part of the City’s 2016 Comprehensive Plan Update. The area is located west of Battle Ground, north of 219th St, and west of 92nd Avenue. The area would be designated primarily for employment based land uses.
