The sale and discharge of fireworks in the City of Battle Ground is regulated by city code and state statute.
Licensed fireworks sales and the discharge of fireworks is allowed between June 28th and July 5th. Fireworks may be discharged until 11 pm each of those days, with the exception of July 4th when it is allowed until midnight. The use of fireworks in city parks is prohibited.
