Recycle Day in Battle Ground is this Saturday, October 1 from 9am – 1pm in the BGHS parking lot (enter on the east side at NW 3rd Way off N. Parkway). Materials accepted: block foam, e-waste, freon-containing items, scrap metal, shredding, and tires. Please note that Household Hazardous Waste (heavy metals, toxic chemicals, oil, gasoline, paints and solvents) are no longer collected at these events. However, you may dispose of these materials, free of charge, at sites listed at Household Hazardous Waste .
