The City of Battle Ground is launching a process to update its Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Plan.
The updated plan will envision and guide the future of Battle Ground parks, open spaces, and trail systems over the next 20 years, and will identify specific goals and actions for achieving that vision. The planning process includes an inventory and documentation of existing parks and recreational resources, and relies greatly on community input and feedback.
An initial online survey, available through October 31, provides an opportunity for community members to identify their needs and desires for Battle Ground’s park system, now and for future generations. The input collected will help assess and prioritize objectives for a draft PROS Plan that will be made available to the community for review and additional feedback.
