Terms: Reservations are taken up to 12 months in advance. Full rental fee is required to secure date. All events are required to end by 10pm. A refundable damage deposit is required. Please refer to the Facility Rental Guide for specific details on rental policies and procedures and the Amenity & Rate Guide for details on rental fees. You may also download a Facility Rental Application to begin the reservation process.
Lewis River Hall
This 3,600+ square foot lodge-style reception hall features a large stone fireplace and has ample indoor space for up to 300 guests along with a covered outdoor space for up to 75 guests.
Additional amenities include: A Stone Fireplace (gas) & vaulted ceiling, built -n state-of-the art audio-visuals equipment (3 built in projectors, 3 wall mounted projection screens and sound system), bridal room, outdoor covered patio space, commercial kitchen, tables & chairs (thirty 60-inch round tables, nine 6 x 3 banquet tables and 300 chairs).
Moulton Falls Multi-Purpose Room
This 850 sq ft industrial style room features two glass floor to ceiling roll-up doors that look out onto Main Street and Fairgrounds Park and has room to accommodate approximately 70 guests.
Additional amenities include: Alcove area (approximately 10 x 14) has counters and sink, tables & chairs (twelve- 6 x 3 banquet tables and 70 chairs, table round may be available upon request). Audio-visual equipment available for rent
Woodin Creek Meeting Room
This 560 sq ft space can either be used as one large meeting space or be broken into two separate rooms. The room is carpeted and offers wall-mounted white boards. This space is ideal for groups around 25 people.
Additional amenities include: large exterior windows with blind coverings, three wall-mounted white boards, two counter top spaces, eleven 5 x 3 tables and 25 chairs. Audio-visual equipment available for rent.
