Emergency Preparedness
Emergencies can happen anywhere - at home or at work - and it is essential that everyone take action to prepare for the unexpected. These resources are available to assist in preparing you, your family, and your business for emergencies.
Smart911
Smart911 is a service that allows residents to create a free Safety Profile for their household that includes any information they want 911 dispatchers and first responders to have in the event of an emergency. When a number associated with your Safety Profile is used to call 911, the household information provided in your Safety Profile is immediately shared with the 911 call taker, giving them additional information that may be used to aid first responders to your call.
Register your household at Smart911.com.
