The Battle Ground Boo Bash is a family-friendly Halloween celebration filled with games, treats and festive fun.
Trunk-Or-Treat Hosts
Each host decorates their trunk and hands out candy to kids in a safe, family-friendly environment. Hosts are responsible for supplying little kid friendly decorations and candy.
Selection
Parking lot spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited. Failure to complete any required paperwork or respond to confirmation email will result in your space being released to the next available Host.
Host Expectations
For Hosts to stay in good standing and be allowed early returnee registration next year, the following expectations must be followed:

By submitting this form, I am expressing interest in being a Host at the 2025 Boo Bash's Trunk-Or-Treat. I understand that I am not an approved Host until contacted by staff to confirm a space is available.

I attest that I am the designated person with the authority to sign this document on behalf of myself/organization/business. I am the point of contact for all discussions.
I have read the Host Application, reviewed the Host Details and agree to abide by all requirements and regulations. Failure to comply with the vendor expectations may result in the removal of the vendor from the event and/or future event opportunities.
I am aware of and expressly assume all of the various risks of serious injury and/or death associated with or arising out of participating as a vendor for the Boo Bash's Trunk-Or-Treat.
In consideration for granting this rental, and being fully aware of all the risks, I hereby release the City of Battle Ground and its officials, employees, volunteers, and agents (“the released parties”), and agree to waive any right of recovery that I and/or the organization, as applicable, may have, including the right to bring a legal claim, cause of action, or lawsuit for any bodily injury, death or other harmful consequences in any way arising out of use of the facilities.
I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any person, or for loss or damage to property, which arises out of the use of the facilities or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted, or suffered by applicant in or about the facilities, except only such injury or damage as shall have been occasioned by the sole negligence of the released parties.
I consent to the use of my and/or our group/organization name, likeness and voice and/or have photo’s or video tapes taken during the special event of adults and/or minors participating in event related activities without monetary compensation, in connection with education, marketing or publicity efforts of the City of Battle Ground. I expressly release the City of Battle Ground and its agents and other news medium from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of the right of privacy or any other claim arising out of the broadcast, promotion or presentations of the City of Battle Ground.
I have read and understand the rules of this event. By submitting my application to participate in this event, I agree to follow the rules as stated.
