  18. Consent Agreement*

    I am eighteen years of age or older, fully competent and I desire to participate in the City of Battle Ground Battle of Lights contest.

    I consent to allow my picture or likeness (or that of my minor dependent) and home to appear in any official document, sponsor advertisement and/or television coverage of the event without compensation.

    Further, I agree to allow my address to be posted to the City of Battle Ground website and social media account, for the purpose of this contest.

  20. Assumption of Risk Waiver*

    I hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Battle Ground, its agents, officers, officials, employees, volunteers, heirs and assigns from any and all claims, injuries, disability, losses, property damage or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with participation in this event.

  22. Acknowledgement*

    I have read and understand the rules of this event.  By submitting my application to participate in this event, I agree to follow the rules as stated. 

    Further, I understand that my entry may be disqualified and removed from the contest if the display any violent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or contains otherwise explicit content.

    I understand that the City reserves the sole discretion to remove my entry from the contest.
