Old Town Revitalization Plan

Overview

The objective of this project is to prepare a detailed plan and implementation strategy with actionable steps specifically focused on the revitalization of “Old Town”.  The project will improve pedestrian access, traffic flow, add parking capacity, and make other changes to beautify the City’s downtown and promote investment in existing and new downtown businesses, housing, and public gathering places.
