Community Court

Community Court takes a collaborative, problem-solving approach to addressing quality-of-life offenses. The program balances accountability with support, helping participants move forward and reduce future involvement in the justice system.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Battle Ground Community Court (BGCC) program is to positively impact our community through the use of evidence-based, therapeutic practices that support recovery and reduce recidivism.  BGCC fosters collaboration between the Battle Ground Municipal Court and individuals charged with nonviolent offenses, breaking the cycle of crime and lessening the burden on the justice system by providing case management and access to supportive services.
